BFOC is an organization of people who interested to, expert in, or watcher of Formula 1 race sport and technology who reside in the island of Bali. This organization established in October 22, 2000 in Denpasar, the capital city of Bali.

Our mission are:
1. As a meeting place of F1 fans and watchers in Bali,
2. As a tool for F1 sport and technology information exchange for it's members,
3. As a mediator between society and government of Bali with F1 sport and technology.
