by approval of the Minister of Justice and Human Rights.

By Air
Some international airlines have their flights direct to Bali.
The
others would fly to the cities nearest to the island, such as Jakarta,
Singapore or cities in Australia. From there the journey can be
continued
using other airlines to Bali, such as Garuda Indonesia, Singapore
Airline,
Qantas, etc. For more detailed information on airlines to Bali please

For domestic flight between places in Indonesia there are Garuda
Indonesia
and other airlines such as Merpati Nusantara and Bouraq Indonesia.
Arrival
You will be arrived at the Ngurah Rai
International
Airport, 15 kilometers from Denpasar and close to the famed Kuta beach,
even Sanur and Nusa Dua is not so far away. From the airport if no one
to pick you up, you can purchase taxi ticket at the airport counter to
reach your destination with fix price. Metered taxis to main
resort
hotels of Kuta beach cost around Rp 5,000, to Sanur beach Rp 12,000, to
Nusa Dua Rp 12,000, and to Denpasar city Rp 10,000. Airport Tax for
international
flight is Rp 25,000, for domestic is less than Rp 10,000. Customs
Allowance;
personal belonging purchase abroad value not exceed US$ 250 per person
or US$ 1,000 per family, 200 cigarettes or 50 cigars or 100 gram
tobacco

Sea And Land Travel
The sea port in Gilimanuk at the western
tip
of the island is used to anchor ferries that carried passenger and cars
from neighboring island of Java. Many buses and cars using this route
to
Bali from cities such as Surabaya, Yogyakarta, Bandung and Jakarta in
Java,
and some cities in Sumatra big island such as Palembang, Lampung, Jambi
and Medan. By the popular Bis Malam or night buses, the
ticket
from Jakarta to Denpasar is around Rp 100,000, compare to that of
airline
which is approximately Rp 800.000, but the journey will take at least
27
hours compared to 1 hour and 15 minutes by air.
There is also an option on train trip
in Java
and connected by bus to Bali from a town near Banyuwangi in East Java,
the train fare from Jakarta to Denpasar is from about Rp 200,000 to Rp
300,000.
On the other hand, Padang Bai, is
a port
of ferries to the islands east of Bali such as Lombok, Sumbawa, Sumba,
Flores and Timor. There is shuttle ferry everyday to Lombok. Padang Bai
is also an anchorage for large and luxury international ships. Benoa
sea
port in the south near Denpasar is for international yachts visiting
Bali.
From Benoa also depart passenger jet foil ferries to Lombok. For
