Facilities: All rooms and villas have en-suite bathrooms with bath tub and shower over the tub, air-conditioning, colour television with satellite cable, international direct dial telephone, refrigerator / mini bar, electronic in-room safe, hairdryer, tea / coffee making facilities and balcony or terrace. Deluxe rooms situated on the end of the wings, have an additional side balcony. The Deluxe Pool Villas have the added luxury of a private plunge pool ( 400 x 200 cm ).

Size of Room: Rooms are 43 square meters in size, including entrance hall, bathroom and balcony. 
Bedding: Each room has either one king size bed ( 200 x 200 cm ) or two separate single beds ( 100 x 200 cm ). All rooms can accommodate a third person on the day bed / sofa. Only 3 persons per room. However, a baby cot may be added if required.

The villas stretch along the eastern and western boundaries of the property all surrounded by tropical gardens, flowering trees and coconut palms. The villas to the east face into the Petanu River valley, while those on the west face the rice terraces of Peliatan. 
Size of Room: All villas are 50 square meters in size including terrace. 
Bedding: The villas are furnished with a canopied bed with netting drapes. They have either one king size mattress ( 200 x 200 cm ) or two single mattress ( 100 x 200 cm ) on the same bed base set 25 cm apart. An extra bed can be added to accommodate a third person after the sofa has been removed. Only 3 persons per room. However, a baby cot may be added if required.

Family Plan : Children under 12 years old sharing a room with their parents will be free on room only. The suplement for breakfast will be US$ 10 net. Children 5 years age and under 12 years of age will also be extended a 30% discount on any buffet dinners available at time of stay. Children under the age of 5 years will be offered breakfast and any buffet dinners available free of charge. 
Baby cots and connecting rooms are available on request.

Additional Person :  
All room are designed to accommodate a third person ( child only ) on the day bed / sofa. Should the third person be an adult, then the day bed / sofa would be replaced with an extra bed. A max of 3 adults only is permitted per room.
