The Beginner's Guide to Mediumship is one of few books devoted
solely to mediumship that emphasizes the practical application of this
ancient practice to modern life. Larry Dreller's intimacy with the art
is apparent in his definition of the medium as separate from the psychic
and channeler, as well as in his concern about the possible dangers inherent
in this art. He wisely devotes nearly half the book to understanding the
precautions that should be taken. Anyone with an interest in mediumship,
from a passing curiosity to a desire to practice the art, will get something
from this book, not the least of which is an awareness of how our lives
interact with the realm of the spirits.
Synopsis
A thought-provoking look at the eternal question "Is there life after
death?" Author Larry Dreller holds degrees in education and history and
has extensive experience in psychology and counseling. Dreller also has
led seance study circle groups for years and approaches the subject of
spiritualism in a rational manner--providing compelling validity for mediumship
as a spiritual path. |
