Be your own Yoga
Teacher/Guru and heal yourself
I have taught Yoga for 20 years and live near the famous spiritual
community of the Findhorn Foundation situated on the beautiful NE coast
of Scotland. I work as a yoga tutor and Life Coach, working one to one
and leading group workshops. Drawing on my psychic gift the cards were
developed to help access your own body wisdom in order to guide you to
which exercises are best for you at any given time. The cards are designed
so that you also get the energy and healing of a related colour to the
asana that you are doing which helps the related chakra (energy centre)
to heal/develop. I’ve also used the symbolism of the rose, which in ancient
times symbolised a perfectly healed and open chakra. Located on the back
of each card is a picture of a rose with a jewel in the middle, - as a
reminder of your own innate divinity itself useful as a focus for meditation.
The Clear Mind Open Heart Yoga Cards were developed with unseen help and
although they are simple and easy to use healing also takes place on an
subtle level. On the front cover I am offering you a pink rose which symbolically
represents the opening of the heart chakra which represents unconditional
love, a common purpose of us all. I hope they become your friend and your
own personal yoga guru/teacher and help you to health and healing in your
life. Namaste
