This book summarizes my thinking about spirituality.  
LUCID WAKING explores the interface between spirituality and psychology (especially creativity and intuition). It is a midlife summary of my research, thinking, and also practicing a spiritual way of life in the context of our increasingly crazy society. The book translates many of the yogic concepts dealt with in my other books into a perhaps less esoteric language. Yet, if you have enjoyed reading this book, I recommend that you also check out some of my other writings on the Yoga tradition, such as TEACHINGS OF YOGA, TANTRA, and THE ESSENCE OF YOGA.
