Book Description
The first part of the book gives a necessary but simple understanding
of Ayurveda and how to choose the types of recipes best fitted for your
specific imbalances. Vedic Cuisine uses graphic symbols that make it easy
to identify over 400 gourmet vegetarian dishes that best balance individual
and seasonal imbalances. The first two parts of the book have recipes to
help correct imbalances strictly based on the principles of Ayur-Veda with
full meals and lighter fare. Part three is for when you feel balanced and

About the Author
I have been a Gourmet Vegetarian cook for 20 years and have cooked
for meditation communities all around the world. I have studied Ayur-veda
through Maharishi Vedic Science in India and a teacher of the Transcendental
Meditation Program as taught by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. The reason for writing
this cookbook is to bridge the knowledge of cooking and diet with self-awareness
and the evolution of bliss consciousness. |
