About the Author  
I have been a Gourmet Vegetarian cook for 20 years and have cooked for meditation communities all around the world. I have studied Ayur-veda through Maharishi Vedic Science in India and a teacher of the Transcendental Meditation Program as taught by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. The reason for writing this cookbook is to bridge the knowledge of cooking and diet with self-awareness and the evolution of bliss consciousness.
