Cancellation and No show policy
The charge will be applied on guaranteed room,
food & beverage or other inquiry (if any) as stated on Booking or Guarantee
Letter signed by authorized person.
No Cancellation Fee, if the cancellation is made 48 hours prior to
the guests arrival.
25% charges of the price of 1 (one) night, if the cancellation is made
within 36 hours prior to the guests arrival.
50% charges of the price of 1 (one) night, if the cancellation is made
within 24 hours prior to the guests arrival.
100% charges of the price of 1 (one) night, if the cancellation is
made on the same day of the guests arrival.
'No Show' will be charged one night's room charges on each room blocked
and all deposits are forfeited.
Group Concession policy : The hotel regards
as a group a minimum of 15 paying guests traveling together. One complimentary
room for every 10 fully paying rooms for tour leader use only
