In 3 secure compounds - the Villas hotel : 14 units, the Managed Estates
: 9 units, the Villas Sunset : 27 units - are 50 elegant and self-contained
villas, located in 3 separate locations, each with a private swimming pool
and entrance gateway, all connected by exclusive guest buses.
Inside each gated villa compound is a full-size private swimming pool with stone decks and sun loungers, surrounded by lush, manicured tropical gardens. Living space includes a complete kitchen with fully-stocked maxi bar, hot and cold drinking water on tap, indoor-outdoor dining and lounge areas, a sophisticated audio visual entertainment system and satellite television, international direct dial telephone and safety box. Villas are individually configured with one, two and three air-conditioned, king-bedded suites. All bedrooms are master bedrooms and each has their own ensuite garden bathrooms. |

| 1-bedroom Villa
1-bedroom villas have two configurations, with all facilities on one level or with a second, fan-cooled second level loft bedroom. Each Villa is 200 sq. metres in size and comprises a large filtered swimming pool, sunbathing area, manicured gardens and fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining dining area. The bedroom has air conditioning, a large en-suite bathroom, cable television, IDD phone and a walk-in wardrobe. 2-bedroom Villas Each 2-bedroom Villa is 400 sq. metres in size. Both bedrooms are identical and open on to a large filtered swimming pool, sunbathing area and tropical manicured gardens. Each bedroom includes air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom, cable television, IDD phone and a walk-in wardrobe. 2-bedroom Villas also have fully equipped kitchens with separate dining and lounge areas. |

| 3-bedroom Villas
Each 3-bedroom Villa is 600 sq. metres in size. 3-bedroom villas are configured with two master suites in a main house, and a third ensuite guestroom in a separate poolside bungalow. Platform beds are aesthetically draped with white mosquito netting. Two of the 3-bedrooms are identical while the third bedroom is a separate 'round villa' located across the garden away from the other 2-bedrooms. All 3-bedrooms open on to a large filtered swimming pool, sunbathing area and tropical manicured gardens. Each bedroom includes air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom, cable television, IDD phone and a walk-in wardrobe.
